We ship all orders via UPS unless otherwise requested or a more efficient method is available to the advantage of the customer. Each order is normally shipped within 48 hours of placement of the order, usually the same day. An email confirming your order will be sent when the order is fulfilled complete with tracking information so you monitor its progress. We will email you when we receive your order. If you do not receive an email then your order may not have been processed, please call us at (800) 562-8626.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, webmaster or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Coastal Instrument & Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging you, Coastal Instrument & Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on wrongly priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Coastal Instrument & Supply shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price. However, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee when return is made .
Coastal Instrument & Supply Co. is not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. Delivery to the courier constitutes delivery to the buyer. Inspect all packages/cartons upon receipt before signing carriers receipt. If any external damage to the carton(s) is noticed, tell the carrier's agent, inspect the contents of the package, note any damage when opening the package/carton, contact the carrier immediately. Save all packing and cartons. Verify contents. If there are any discrepancies, please call Coastal Instrument & Supply immediately so that we may correct your order. Claims not made within 7 days of receipt of your order may be denied. We can insure shipping contents upon request at your expense, and may advise or mandate insurance on some items.
